• Unlock contact information using a reveal system
• Use AI-powered tools such as pitch generators, idea generators, and financial projection templates

We may update, modify, or remove features at any time without notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By using BizzStop, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into agreements.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activity under your account
• Providing truthful and accurate information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

Users may post business ideas and related content.

You retain ownership of your content. However, by posting content on BizzStop, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute it on the Platform.

You agree not to post:

• Illegal or fraudulent content
• Misleading business claims
• Copyright-infringing material
• Spam, harassment, or abusive material

We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

BizzStop offers paid subscription plans (Explorer, Raider, Supernova).

Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, billing, and related taxes.

By purchasing a subscription:

• You authorize recurring billing (if applicable)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• Pricing is displayed at checkout

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

6. Contact Reveal System

Certain features require "contact reveals."

Reveals:

• Are non-transferable
• Have no monetary value
• Cannot be exchanged for cash

Abuse of this system may result in account suspension.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

BizzStop provides AI-powered tools for business ideas, pitches, projections, and recommendations.

You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs may contain inaccuracies
• AI-generated content is not financial, legal, or investment advice
• You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it

We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. No Guarantee of Success

BizzStop does not guarantee:

• Business success
• Investment funding
• Profitable partnerships

Users interact and collaborate at their own risk.

9. Refund Policy

All subscription fees are billed in advance.

Refunds may be granted within 7 days of initial purchase if requested via email and if no abuse of services occurred.

Refunds are not provided for:

• Used subscription periods
• Used contact reveals
• Failure to cancel before renewal

10. Privacy

We collect basic user information such as name, email address, and profile details to operate the Platform.

Payment information is processed securely by Paddle. We do not store full card details.

We do not sell user data.

We may use third-party services (including AI providers) to process certain user inputs to provide platform features.

You may request account deletion by contacting us.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizzStop is not liable for:

• User disputes
• Financial losses
• Indirect or consequential damages

Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
