At BizzStop, we want you to be satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
1. Subscription Plans & One-Time Packages
BizzStop offers the following subscription plans:
- Starter ($9/month): 10 contact reveals per month, unlimited business idea posts, basic profile
- Pro ($29/month): 35 contact reveals per month, priority listing, AI pitch generator (10/month), verified badge
- Business ($79/month): Unlimited contact reveals, top placement, unlimited AI tools, smart matchmaking, gold verified badge
We also offer one-time contact reveal packages:
- 5 Reveals: $5 (one-time, never expires)
- 15 Reveals: $12 (one-time, never expires)
- 30 Reveals: $20 (one-time, never expires)
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled. Subscription reveals reset each month and do not roll over.
2. 7-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
To qualify for a refund:
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date
- You must not have abused the service (e.g., excessive contact reveals, fraudulent activity)
- Refunds are only available for first-time subscribers
3. What Is Not Refundable
Refunds are not available for:
- Renewal charges: Monthly subscription renewals are non-refundable
- Used subscription periods: If you've been subscribed for more than 7 days
- Contact reveals used: If you've already used contact reveals or other premium features
- One-time reveal packages: Once purchased and used, these are non-refundable
- Failure to cancel: If you forget to cancel before your subscription renews
- Partial months: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods
- Free trial abuse: If you repeatedly create accounts to access free trials
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at:

Include the following information in your request:
- Your registered email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
- Order number or transaction ID (if available)
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method via Paddle
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
6. Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. To cancel:
- Log in to your BizzStop account
- Go to Account Settings → Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
Important: Canceling your subscription stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period. You will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your paid period.
Note: Monthly subscription reveals do not roll over. Unused reveals from the current month will be lost when your subscription ends.
7. One-Time Reveal Packages
One-time contact reveal packages ($5, $12, $20) have different terms:
- Never expire: Your reveals remain available indefinitely
- Non-refundable once used: If you've used any reveals from the package, no refund is available
- 7-day window: Unused packages may be refunded within 7 days of purchase
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us first:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- We may dispute the chargeback with evidence of service delivery
- You may be charged additional fees by Paddle for chargeback processing
Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve any issues directly.
9. Service Downtime or Technical Issues
If you experience significant service interruptions or technical issues that prevent you from using BizzStop:
- Contact us immediately at support@bizzstop.com
- We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
- In cases of extended downtime (more than 24 hours), we may offer a prorated credit or refund at our discretion
10. Discretionary Refunds
BizzStop reserves the right to issue refunds on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances, including:
- Platform errors that prevented service access
- Billing errors (e.g., duplicate charges)
- Fraudulent charges made without your authorization
All discretionary refunds are issued at BizzStop's sole discretion.
11. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
