Looking for one partner to go 50/50 with me and open an insanely profitable micro-coffee kiosk – Prime SoMa / FiDi spot (San Francisco)

I’m Jessica Bell – ex-tech campus barista lead, just locked in a 6 × 7 ft permitted kiosk spot on Mission St between 1st & 2nd (right in the Salesforce Transit Center foot-traffic river).

This location is pure money

- 60,000+ daily walkers (Google, Salesforce, Uber, Airbnb, startups, tourists)

- Morning tech rush + lunch rush + happy-hour rush = non-stop lines

- Literally the highest pedestrian count block in SF outside Powell St station

- Zero real coffee competition within two blocks (Starbucks is 4 mins away and always crushed)

Tiny kiosk, massive margins

- 42 sq ft — just a La Marzocco Linea Mini, two grinders, fridge, sink

- Total build-out: $68k–$75k (quotes in hand, ready to start Jan)

- Simple menu: espresso drinks, cold brew, matcha, oat milk everything, plus grab-and-go pastries

- Average ticket $6.20–$7.80

- Conservative projection:

→ 400–650 cups/day = $2,500–$4,800 gross

→ After beans/milk/pastries → $1,400–$2,800 net profit per day

→ That’s $20k–$40k/month each after we split it

What I’m putting in

- 50% of the cash for build-out, permits, first inventory

- All permits filed (SF DPW sidewalk permit + health dept pre-approval done)

- Supplier deals locked (local roaster giving us 38 % off wholesale)

We split every dollar 50/50 after product cost. We both work the window 5–6 days/week (short shifts, closed Sundays).
