Looking for one newly-graduated dentist to go 50/50 with me and open our own practice – Oral Aesthetics focused (North Jersey)

Hey, I’m Dr. Sofia Ahmed, GPR done, licensed in NJ, 2 years associate experience, and I’m 100 % done working for someone else’s bonus.

I’m ready to open a boutique dentistry practice focused on Oral Aesthetics — think Invisalign, veneers, smile makeovers, Botox/fillers, whitening, implants — the stuff that pays $800–$2,500 per case instead of $80 cleanings.

What I already have locked in

- 1,800 sq ft space in Montclair, NJ (signed LOI, landlord loves us)

- Full build-out quotes — modern, Instagram-worthy, 4 ops + private consult room

- $150k cash saved + bank pre-approval for the rest (SBA 7a)

- Marketing plan ready: heavy TikTok/IG reels, SEO, Google ads — targeting the 25–45 crowd in Essex / Bergen / Morris counties

- Lab partnerships, iTero scanner picked, supply reps on speed dial

What I need

One other newly-graduated (or <4 years out) licensed dentist who:

- Wants to actually own instead of being an associate forever

- Comfortable with cosmetics/Invisalign (or willing to get fast-trained — I’ll teach)

- Ready to work the chair 4–5 days/week and help run the business

Deal

50/50 everything.

I’m putting in 50%, you bring the other 50%, your license and your hands.

We split cost, profits, loss 50/50 from day one.
